At UAEWEB3, we value transparency and clarity in our payments and services. Please take note of the following important terms and conditions:

Cost Estimates: Our cost estimates are based on an initial review of the work and the details provided through various communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other agreed-upon mode of communication. Please be aware that the estimated costs are subject to change if the scope of work exceeds the initial discussions. In such cases, UAEWEB3 reserves the right to adjust the estimate and may require the client’s management to approve the revised costs before proceeding with payments.

Advance and Invoice Payments: All advance payments and invoice payments made to UAEWEB3 are non-refundable. These payments are intended exclusively as compensation for the services rendered.

Indemnity: Our reports are compiled based on the records, data, and information provided by the client. We summarize this information and share the summary with the client for their review and acceptance. Acceptance can be communicated through WhatsApp, email, or any other agreed-upon communication mode before the report is submitted to the relevant government portal.

Confidentiality: UAEWEB3 prioritizes the confidentiality of our clients’ data. We do not retain or store any hard copies or soft copies of client records and information on our premises. Clients are responsible for securely managing and maintaining their own records.

Liability for Fines or Penalties: UAEWEB3 will not be responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal actions imposed by government authorities. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any consequences arising from non-compliance are solely the client’s responsibility.
